I am Mrs. Tiffany Young and I am the founding director and owner of Young Leaders Learning Center in Ross, Ohio. I earned my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati.  I also earned my Masters of Educational Leadership from Miami University in 2004.  I have also completed various course works pertaining to diverse learners at the College of Mount St. Joseph.  This will be my 20th year teaching the young bright minds of tomorrow. I have a passion for transforming children into lifetime learners.

Our family lives in Ross where I live with my husband, four children, and  our dog Tommy.  I love to read and teach reading.  When I am not working, my husband and I love to travel and enjoy activities that involve my children.  I can’t wait to start out this year and to meet all the new faces at Young Leaders Learning Center.
